Installation and Compatibility FAQs

• Do I need to buy a relay or fuse?

  For most Honda Fit and HR-V models, the factory fuse can handle the load of these two horns. It is a direct plug-and-play upgrade.

• Is it hard to install? Do I need to remove the bumper?

  Very beginner-friendly! On most Fit/HR-V models, you can access the horn via the top radiator cover or fender liner without removing the bumper. With our plug-and-play harness, installation takes just 20-30 minutes. No wire cutting needed.

• Which direction should I mount the horns?

  Please mount the horns with the opening (mouth) facing DOWN to prevent water or dirt from collecting inside the horn mechanism.

• Will this fit my 2024 HR-V or 2022 Civic?

  NO. This kit fits the "Old Style" flat connector (HR-V 2016-2022, Fit 2007-2020). It does NOT fit 2023+ HR-V or 2016+ Civic.
